You live in Australia, right? See if LL Bean ships there. Their coats are awesome.

Thanks for the tip! I’ll check it out.

Oh no, I am bad at those.

ok but I will try… give me a minute…

I scroll down my dash, and all I can see is bloody sad wash/zoe/baby fic

*screams*

*cries*

*throws things*

wearestillflying said: Screenshot it.

will do!

it came back and I tried to save it but then it froze again!

I actually learnt a lot from listening to Whedon’s Firefly commentaries, and some other commentaries. Although often they are a bit hit and miss depending on the showrunner, director, etc.

1. A selection of television programs you do not care for.

Family Guy, Two and a Half Men, How I Met Your Mother, NCIS,

4. A hobby you “don’t get”.

This is kind of tough… um… I’m sure there is one, but for the life of me I can’t think of one right now.

OH wait! Horse riding type hobbies. Although… because of work I’ve had a lot more to do with horses over the last couple of years, and I guess I understand horsey people more than I used to.

7. Your favorite household chore.

I’ve become quite fond of doing the dishes.

8. Popular video games that make you go “meh”.

All of them. Yeah, not a gamer. Like, at all.

10. A sport you don’t like, for whatever reason.

Golf, because I’m no good at it. And also, it’s boring. And cricket. ugh.

HELLO FROM MURRICA LAND OF THE FREE AND THE IDIOT POLITICIANS

Oh, well, you know, Australia has them too :) hehe

The acting isn’t the greatest and I think you’re Australian so you prolly don’t know American football well but Facing the Giants is a great one.
amazing grace is the only good one i can think of - i agree, lots of christian movies are pretty bad!
so terrible. xD maybe the ultimate gift? james garner is always a plus.
How about Chariots of Fire? (pretty old - but the music is fresh, thanks to London olympics). Or Amazing Grace (2006 - directed by Michael Apted) I don’t know how old your group is. (what about LOTR? ;) )

Well thank you all for your suggestions :)

I reckon I’ll end up going with Amazing Grace. Sounds pretty good, so I’m going to have a look at it this week and then decide.

By the way, Chris, I watched Facing the Giants the other day. I enjoyed it (and mostly got the football parts), but I’m not sure it’s quite right for my group. They’re not exactly the sportiest bunch! hehe
